Xtreme Gaming Experience is a state-of-the-art mobile gaming theater that brings premium multi-screen console gaming directly to your location. Perfect for birthdays, schools, churches, corporate events, fundraisers, festivals, and more.
How many people can play at once?
Our trailer is equipped with multiple gaming stations, allowing many guests to play simultaneously. For large groups, our Game Coach will rotate players so everyone gets a turn.
Do you provide staff?
Yes. Each event includes a trained Game Coach who manages gameplay, helps guests, and ensures a fun and safe experience.
How do I book?
Booking is easy — just select your package and add-ons directly through our website. You’ll receive confirmation and a secure invoice link.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A $250 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date. The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline shown at checkout.
What happens if I don’t pay my balance on time?
If the final balance is not paid by the due date, your reservation may be canceled without refund of the deposit.
Can I reschedule or cancel my event?
Reschedules may be arranged (based on availability). Deposits are non-refundable. Please review our full cancellation and weather policies during checkout.

What space is required?
We need a flat, legal parking space that fits our truck and trailer, plus a safe path for arrival and departure. The host is responsible for ensuring site accessibility.
Do you provide power?
Yes. Our trailer is self-powered for most events. If your venue has restrictions on generators, let us know so we can adjust.
Can you set up at my home?
Yes, as long as there is enough space for the truck and trailer (cul-de-sacs, driveways, or nearby streets are usually fine). The host is responsible for confirming neighborhood or HOA rules.
Can I choose which games are available?
Yes, we’ll work with you to select age-appropriate titles. We can restrict game content by ESRB rating if requested.
Is online play available?
Online play depends on connectivity at your location and is not guaranteed. We always provide great offline multiplayer options.
Are waivers required?
Yes. All participants (or their parent/guardian, if under 18) must complete and sign our waiver packet before participating. The packet includes the general liability waiver along with event-specific waivers, such as those covering weather, health, conduct, and other conditions.
What behavior policies should guests follow?
- No food or drinks inside the gaming theater
- No alcohol or drugs — service will be stopped if guests are visibly intoxicated
- The host is financially responsible for damage caused by guests
- Guests must follow the Game Coach’s safety instructions
Do you operate in bad weather?
Our trailer is climate-controlled and operates in most conditions. In severe weather (lightning, high winds, flooding, extreme temperatures), we may pause or reschedule for safety.
What is your weather policy?
If unsafe conditions prevent us from operating, we’ll work with you to reschedule according to our weather waiver.
Do you work with schools, churches, and corporate events?
Yes! We offer tailored formats for each type of event, including tournaments, team competitions, and family-friendly play. Ask us about fundraising models, branding, or high-throughput event setups.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payments directly through our booking system.
What is your refund policy?
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If Xtreme Gaming Experience cancels, you will receive a refund or credit.
- Weather cancellations follow our weather waiver terms.
- Failure to pay your balance will result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.
